Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located newly renovated 1BR condo. Just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Fully stocked kitchen, sleeps 4.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Pet fee is $75 per pet. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
1 bedrooms, 1 bath, Comfortable and clean condo, 1 king bed, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and smart TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee . Only 1 pet up to 50lb
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Kitchen is fully quipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
*Easy access to both Hwy 17.
