**There is currently an ocean outfall being constructed nearby. At this time there be may increased noise and portions of the beach may be closed. You will still be able to access the beach. This project should be complete by the end of February.**

This is where you will make the memories that matter! You can breathe easy because we have just installed a UV-C Sanitizer into the HVAC system. Located on the 9th floor, it offers stunning vistas over the Atlantic Ocean. This condo features led televisions, a very comfortable reclining sofa, central heat and A/C, and tile flooring throughout the unit. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and most importantly a coffee maker. It is colorfully decorated and a very pleasant place to spend your time. The building features a heated indoor pool that you can enjoy year round, a hot tub, an outdoor pool, and it is right on the ocean so you can soak up the salt and the sand!



With all of the nearby attractions you may only stop in to recharge your batteries. This condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, and is close to everything. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. A 20 minute walk can get you to the Boardwalk, where you can find arcades, gift shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants. A 30 minute walk can take you to Broadway at the Beach, the areas largest shopping,dining, and amusement district. You are sure to find something there for the whole family!

Sejour with ocean view

We went off season but everything was perfect as the indoor and outdoor pool and spa was the perfect complement to feel in summer. Long walk to the beach, we could easily go to the big wheel and bordwalk walking and had a calmer area to the beach at the condo

I enjoyed my stay

It was a little outdated but for the price it was very enjoyable very quiet this time of the year but I thank Brad and everybody for a nice relaxing stay away from my house which is getting renovated

We did not stay. Upon arrival we found cockroaches in the kitchen. The owner refused to give us a refund. We are currently working through VRBO to get our money back.

Awesome 14 days

Brad was awesome!

First off the hospitality alone is 5 stars. Any concerns I had from day one Brad handled immediately! The location and view was spectacular and more than I expected. True to photos. I am a new mommy to a 6 month old and this was a vacation of a lifetime for my family and I. Brad was even kind enough to send links to attractions and things to do in Myrtle beach. If you want the full experience of staying on the beach, this is it!

Condo good size for the two of us. We cooked majority of our meals and kitchen was sufficient. We enjoyed our two weeks and felt at home. Brad was responsive and answered any questions promptly.

Great Location

This property had a nice view and is in a nice and handy location. Brad was very responsive at all phases of the process. The pictures adequately represent the unit although the updates appear a little aged. Still, comparably speaking, it was a nice unit for the cost. Perfect size for two. We would stay again.

Beautiful location, nice quaint space to relax. We planned a 6 night stay to unwind and enjoy the area. Easy, smooth checkin from management directions and entry codes. Microwave, toaster, fridge, TV remotes not in good working order upon arrival thus not meeting a 5 Star rating from a customer perspective. Management willing to correct though why should I need to contact them upon arrival? We felt the space was not prepared for us and not very welcoming.

The unit was advertised as an updated unit, but the appliances were a little outdated. The fridge was leaking water from freezer and the stove elements were uneven. Overall, everything else was as pictured.

Overall, great location and views!

The listing and photos are accurate. Stayed 2.5 weeks. Great view from balcony! Condo is in a perfect location with access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The only complaint is the annoying loud revving exhausts and music coming from cruising vehicles on Ocean Blvd. from early morning into very late evening. Unit is a little run down and in need of new bed pillows. But overall, a great location and would stay here again.

Checked out early, suspected bedbugs

Good location, right on the beach. I developed itchy, burning bites ~24 hrs after arriving; after 36 hrs they worsened enough for me to realize they most likely weren't mosquito bites. I checked the bed/sheets and saw the google-indicated signs of bed bugs, which convinced me to find another place to stay. I'm not a professional exterminator, and Brad, the landlord, wrote after I checked out that he had the place professionally inspected for bedbugs and didn't see signs of them.

Poor communication

Property itself was fine. We had an incorrect building code and relied upon another guest to give us a correct code in order to enter the building. TV and wifi never worked. Two messages to property manager went unanswered. The location was nice but traffic was loud at times.

Nice location!

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach! We had some difficulties with getting into the correct condo and the fact that it was 4 am made it a little more inconvenient! But once we got everything straightened out everything was fine! The condo was very clean and small but it was exactly what we needed for our party of 4!! The refrigerator is smaller than normal which was important because we opted to buy groceries for our stay! There were some younger tenants above and below our condo that were loud and vulgar, but the issue was taken care of promptly by security and they were evicted! The condo is steps from the sand and has a boardwalk with access to a shower/ hose to rinse the sand off. Overall VERY NICE place and Brad is very nice, and quick to respond!!!

The unit was great, a little tight squeeze for 4 adults but for the price it was perfect. Wish we could have have ha extra towels for the length we stayed but all in all couldn’t have picked a better place. Very clean and great view of ocean, wish we could have stayed longer
