Beach Front - Great Location

This condo was a great home base for our family beach vacation. Beautiful beach views, nice amenities on property, easy to get to lots of Myrtle Beach fun with the ability to retreat to a quiet condo in the evening. Property was as shown in photos.

Great Place

Anthony was a great help in accommodating my family. Place is fantastic... Clean, no issues at all, as advertised with a great view of the ocean. Complex has an indoor pool which came into handy with the slightly cooler than normal temperatures. Will definitely look to book through Anthony again in the not too distant future.

The place was clean and in a great location. Only issue I had was a rug that was not "taped" down. All of us including my grandson tripped on this repeatedly. Otherwise our stay was pretty good and would consider again! Great view of the ocean and a nice balcony!!!

Great experience all around

Property was great! Clean, and updated. Parking across the street a bit inconvenient but we received free valet parking due to handicap tags which was perfect. The valet and bellman staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful! Two in our group had mobility challenges including being one requiring oxygen 24/7 and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Numerous security measures in place made us feel very safe on the property. We did experience a few guests who smoked on the property and balconies which was not ideal. Would definitely recommend to others and we would love to come back!

First Experience with Vrbo Rentals

The property was perfect for our family, grandmother, grandfather, mother, father and a little one. The furnishings were clean and comfortable and met our needs. Wish there were more kitchen utensils, dish towels, oven mitts, and serving bowls. The location was close to restaurants, grocery and other shopping areas. Check in was quick with the hotel. The property owner promptly passed on the details for accessing and use and later for checkout procedures. The only glitch was with me not having the Vrbo app on my phone for immediate access of messages. Make sure anyone using Vrbo has that ready to go; it makes communications much easier and more secure. Overall, this was a great vacation stay in a great property location at Anderson Ocean Club and Spa.

Decent

The condo is in a location close to many things in Myrtle Beach. It is roomy and has a large balcony area. Since it is on the third floor, it over looks people laying on the lounging chairs by the pool which limits some privacy. The parking is challenging as you need to park across the street in the garage. The first two floors of the garage are valet only. We did have plenty of towels and the beach chairs were a nice touch. It was fairly clean, but the walls in the bathroom, doors around the door knob, and the handles around the laundry room doors were dirty. The drawers in the bathroom were dirty as well. The appliances also needed a good wipe down too. Overall, I would rate this stay 4 stars.

Great Ocean Front Property

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful beach front condo. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils to allow us to cook some meals in. The fitness center was a great option to have. Also was in close proximity to local activities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place for other familes!
