"Had an amazing family holiday in Kefalonia staying at Niko Studios. We were welcomed on arrival, apartment was stocked with essentials (and some non essentials!) and very clean.
Can't fault at all. Location is perfect, just off the main strip so everything you need is walking distance including an abundance of restaurants. Beaches are a short walk and a supermarket opposite.
Would easily stay here again."

"Property was clean and comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful.Pool was one of the cleanest we have had and we were very impressed.Door to garden has no handle on the outside meaning you have to leave it open when using the pool. This is a design flaw as the house then heats up and mosquitos can enter the house.House has the electric on the key fob meaning when you leave the villa electricity turns off. Means you cannot run the washing machine or dish washer when you leave the villa. Also means you come back to a hot villa as the air con switches off.Not experienced this in the last 7 villas we have stayed in and would not stay in one again like this. I'd rather pay extra to have the air con left on.Beautiful beaches all very close, a hire car is a must. We visited 7 different beaches, all of which were spectacular and within a 30 min drive. Fiskardo is a must visit location!Overall had a great holiday. Villa would be perfect with an external door handle on back door and removal of the electric key fob though."
"The property was on a lovely hill. The views were breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked very well. The pool was perfect to cool off and just look at the views. Billy goats show up every morning on the hill (there is a fence so they are not on the property). Short walk to the main area of Asos which was a cute little town, restaurants, beach (water so clear) . I would highly recommend Villa Vivere to anyone coming to the area. "
"Fantastic apartment with good soundproofing / adherance to quiet hours. This is not a hotel; during your stay you are responsible for keeping your space clean. Our room was sparkling upon arrival, with a gorgeous view of the mountain across from us. Our host was very considerate and even let us try some of her homemade wine.
The apartments were walking distance from several phenomenal restaurants. The beach I would not recommend walking to. The distance is small but the incline is massive.
Our host also provided a pamphlet with her recommendations on the island. We had already planned the trip, but there was so much more we learned about from her- we would certainly consider another trip here.
I would love to spend more time in this apartment. I will mention you will not get a long shower here, as this is an eco-friendly site and water is scarce in Greece. "

"A fabulous villa, with excellent facilities and an atmosphere that enabled us all to truly relax and enjoy our Greek holiday.
Aurora and family are fantastic hosts, always there to answer any questions, give suggestions if needed and the most friendly faces to have a chat and a laugh with! They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, including providing us with eggs, muffins and home made spanakopita…just brilliant!!!
The pool is a particular delight and the terrace allows sun throughout the day. The villa is centrally located on the island providing easy access to all parts. Highly recommend Assos and Fiskardo, and seek out the cave terrace at Poros.
