"I ended up booking the property because of the kitchen it turns out that the property itself was really nice everything was very clean it was extremely comfortable the area was quiet and the staff was very friendly and accommodating we will definitely come back to this property again in the near future"

"We did not stay but to submit I had to answer all questions that did not apply!! I was told there was flooding from the dishwasher and they had no other accommodations for me! I was fortunate a hotel in the area was available for us 4 but at a higher rate and two hotel rooms verses a place our adult kids could hang out and relax with us. I was told I’d be refunded. The fee was near $300. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back!! Very disappointed!!"

"layout of unit was fine, however it was not clean, walls had visible handprints, looked like nose pickings on the walls in bedroom, film on hand rail and other services, and a very strong musty smell like water had been left sitting on floors. Although they did revacuum stairs, ( visible dust bunnies against walls and dirt where wall and carpet met, I had to spend over an hour wiping down walls, surfaces , counters etc as my 2 year old grand- daughter came for dinner one night, Honestly for the amount of money would not stay there again, The hotel staff ( and note this was billed as a VRBO not as an extended stay hotel on ad). was nice and came back in, I should not have to ask to have the unit recleaned. I felt the ad was misleading, as it was not clear this was an extended stay hotel,"

"My daughter and I stayed here while in town for a softball tournament. The property is a 2 story house divided between 2 levels. We had the lower level. Overall the property was really nice and perfect for us. And there was easy and quick communication with Alvina. But there were a couple of things i did not like. 1st...there are no controls for heat and air for the downstairs. So we were at the mercy of the occupants above us. At one point they had the heater turned on (69 degrees outside) and it was an oven in there. 2nd there is only a single lane driveway, so since the upstairs was already occupied we had to park across the street in front of someone elses home since there is a no parking sign for the street dirctly in front of property. 3rd...people upstairs were extremely noisy with kids running day and night...4th...the shower is extremely small. I am a big guy. 6'4" tall and 275 pounds. And i could not stand up completely in the shower. So it was fun getting cleaned up. Overall the property is very well kept up. Alvina was great at responding to me. It was a great option instead of a hotel. Very reasonable price for the amount of space you get. I would definitely stay here again. Just a couple things i did not like. (Mostly not having control of the temperature)"
