"I'll start off by saying this: the staff are excellent. Points to consider: - the showers at this hotel do not work, in general. They have been turned off to prevent guests from scalding thrmselves. - check your bedding, don't be afraid to request fresh sheets and pillowcases if they are stained. - the Taste Buds restaurant is brand new and still working out the kinks. The veg restaurant is pretty good. - cab service can be tough to find, but tuktuks abound nearby. ."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.
