Friendly, committed staff who work hard. Customers need to be better - not let their kids run around in hallways and buffets. Walls are paper thin and makes it hard to sleep when kids run around screaming albeit playfully. Management may look into alternatives to carpets that trap odor. Air sprays and perfumes make it worse.

The stay per se was good and hotel delivered the amenities it advertised. However I had an issue. My reservation explicitly confirmed breakfast was included. However the hotel staff refused to accept and insisted that I had to pay for it. They blamed it on Expedia and refused to do anything about it.

Lovely place to stay

The hotel is new, clean and gorgeous. The rooms are lovely and quiet. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I ordered a bunch of room service foods which were well presented but just okay.

The property was great, rooms had great decor and cleanliness was top notch. The room service was incredibly pathetic although. I had ordered something for in room dining and it took them more than an hour. I had to ultimately cancel the order.

The check out experience was bad. We had to wait for 45 mins for the bell boy to take the luggage and unless i came down and told them 6 times it did not happen. The restaurant staff and service is very good. Food is good. Rooms are small. AC temperature can't be regulated and remains very cold through the night.

We spent 4 nights here and found the food, and comfort of the room, excellent. But what set this hotel apart from others I have been to in India are the staff, from the management down who without exception go out of their way to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A special shout out to Kasturi for looking after us so well. Also the hotel offers Tuktuk tours of Mysore and surrounding area. The driver and guide Javed with his 22 years experience was excellent taking us round the well known, but even better, the less well known places in and around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mysore.
