"We were looking forward to staying here but our experience was not good. Arrived late but I did the pre check in, however, front desk said it didn’t go thru. Very long waits at front desk at all times. Beds were absolutely awful . Rickety and creaking all night . Sofa bed was not able to be used, could feel springs poking out. Crumbs on floor all around the bed from previous guests- gross. While at the pool, upon going back to our room, our room keys quit working and it took 2 visits to front desk to have it resolved. Piper at the front desk was not helpful, not friendly at all. The only pros to this hotel is the pool and lazy River is very nice, and the breakfast was good."

"Everything was ideal! My wife and hosted our family of 10 (six adults and four children) and the house was perfect. The theming was great and the owner was wonderful, responding immediately to any questions that I had. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm. We used all floors of the house and since there was a separate A/C system for the second room, everyone stayed cool and comfortable (this is huge since in the Florida heat, many properties cannot keep the second floor bedrooms cool…we have experienced it!) The location is fantastic and since it’s a gated community, no thru traffic coming by. I highly recommend this property for your vacation! "
