"The location was perfect along with courtesy bus transfer to the Theme Parks. The rooms were spacious and in a good condition with daily room service. Lastly, I would like to mention and sincerely thank the hotel manager, Mr. Cunningham. He made our stay relaxed, whenever we had an issue, concern or to render advice or even general conversation he made everything better making you feel comfortable and at home. Ramada Wyndham is lucky to have a person of that caliber to fulfill that role. Wish all hotels had someone like him. Thank you kind Sir"

"Parking was safe and easy. Villa was large and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is lovely. The water slide needs to be fixed. Kids kept getting stuck and had to walk or crawl out. This could be dangerous. The gaming center is in the corner of a small rec/activities office so they are practically standing on top of the staff to play the Wii and the Xbox is broken. My older kids were really disappointed. "

"Clean room. Enjoyable pool experience. There is a lively pool with music and a quieter pool if you want to relax. I was annoyed that there were many people who saved multiple pool chairs early in the morning and never came to use the chairs. This was rude for families that had no where to sit. "

"We had a party of 14 ranging in age from 10 months to 75 years and the house was absolutely perfect! The pool is huge as well as the playroom for the kids. The pictures do not do this house justice. There is so much room throughout the house. This one is a definite 15 out of 10 for large groups with kids. We had 6 kids 7 or younger and they had a blast. I highly recommend this property. Kim is an EXCELLENT host!!!"

"Had a wonderful stay for a Bachelor and Bachelorette visit to Florida. The house was spacious and comfortable for everyone that was on the trip. Our host was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again if traveling with large group."
