We had an excellent stay at the Captain’s House. It was comfortable, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoyed our view of the Mystic River. It was great to walk easily to nearby restaurants and cafes. Gerard was an attentive and helpful hist. I highly recommend!

A wonderful repeat stay!

We love staying here and have already booked it for next year. We are a five minute walk to restaurants and ice cream … critical when the temperature was in the 90’s! Gem right in the heart of downtown Mystic

This house is absolutely perfect for your stay in Mystic! Steps from all the shops and restaurants and the decor fits this little seaport town perfectly. Owners were so nice and communication was top notch! Very clean and all amenities included!! Highly recommended and hope to stay again soon!

Two Nights Not Enough!

I wish I could have stayed longer. Just in town for business and found this charming and comfortable seaside home. Everything I needed and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Lovely first floor queen bedroom with attached full bath. This is a water view, historic home with New England charm. I hope to return some day!

First, what a great location to everything. But most importantly what a great house! Came here for my bestie's 40th and she absolutely loves old houses. The house alone made her birthday. Loved this sweet cozy house in the middle of town! Couldn’t ask for a better location, just steps from the village! Beautiful well appointed house with absolutely everything you need to be comfortable. Wonderful host and communication. Would definitely come back for a longer stay!

This is the third time we have stayed here and it continues to be the best place to stay in Mystic. Its location to all the shops as well as the attractions is perfect. Excellent house , close to all the things we wanted to do

The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed exploring the town and walking to most places. There were toys for our child to play with and even books for her to read! The proximity to all the restaurants was our favorite part!

Very enjoyable family Christmas at Captain’s house in Mystic

This property made it easy for us to enjoy our time at Christmas - as family traveling from 3-5 hours away to be together. The location is great and the design and style of the home was a good fit for us, and was very accommodating. We look forward to staying again.

The Captains House is such a perfect location - beautiful water views and walking distance to everything! The house is very clean and very well maintained. The kayaks and bikes are a great amenity as well, although unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we didn’t use them. We would love to stay again!

Great Location

We had a great time in Mystic to celebrate my brother getting married. You can't beat the location, minutes walk from downtown. Very nice historic home, exceeded everyone's expectations.

Great Mystic Location
