"This is a pretty basic HoJo. Not fancy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine. The location was wonderful! Right across from Mystic Village, Mystic Aquarium, surrounded by restaurants, and close to downtown Mystic/Mystic Seaport attractions. The only negative I'd say was the pressure we felt from housekeeping to be out of our room when it wasn't even 11am yet. It was 10:55 and my son had forgotten his hoodie in our room (I had intended to go back in for a final room check as I always do) and the key cards had already been disabled. Had to go to the front desk to get one reactivated. Housekeeping was waiting impatiently as I gathered up the forgotten hoodie. Anyway, not a huge deal, just left me a little irritated. Overall, we'd stay here again."
