"It was at the airport. There is a covered walkway to terminal 4 that only took seven minutes to get to the terminal. It was very convenient. There is a restaurant and bar located on the same floor as the reception. If you have an early morning flight, I would recommend staying there for the convenience."

"The location was ideal for my one-night stay before the rest of my group arrived the next day. The room was great—there were three of us, but it could easily accommodate four to five people if needed. Don’t hesitate—just book it! Only a 13-minute drive from the airport. There are definitely a few nice spots to eat within walking distance. 4 that are around the location."

"We stayed one night at Leonardo Heathrow before a morning flight. The location was extremely convenient, as was booking transport to the airport. It is clearly a busy hotel and the room was a bit worse for wear. But it was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet. Most importantly, after our stay we realized my daughter had left behind a beloved stuffed animal. I was able to get in touch with staff who was extremely helpful in locating the toy, holding it for us for over a month, packaging and coordinating pickup, and staying in communication. That meant so much!"
