"Of all the places we stayed in Iceland this was the most "homey" and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable and accommodate our needs. They have a sauna/hot tub that they offer which are nice to enjoy after a long day roaming Myvatin. They are conveniently located right across the street from the pseudocraters. Many people from neighboring areas came to our hotel for dinner and they have their own microbrewery with some tasty beverages! There was construction happening on the Ring Road the following morning and we had to leave before breakfast and they were so sweet to open breakfast earlier so we could eat before we left. They also have in-house laundry service and were able to provide us with a quick turnaround time for our stay. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would recommend staying here if you need a place in Myvatin."
