"Stayed for 4 nights March 2026. Novotel is convenient for getting around and just a few minutes drive to the Airport . The Hospitality and warmth of the Staff was definitely 10 on the scale. Our breakfast was very wide to choose from, and Chef Tejas personally comes to us and offer to make us anything of our choice. Special mention to Kunal, Kashmiri & Poui. They were all very attentive, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Dipika Gi, Guest Services Manager, who took time out to meet us at Breakfast, with a farewell cake. Thank you all, we will be back! "

"Everytime I travel to Mumbai, The Leela is the only hotel I stay at. Words cannot do justice! This place is amazing and always feels like home in Mumbai "

"The driver who took me to the airport, was a pain in the neck insisting on tip. I had no cash and yhe guy was very insisting, a hassle. The hotel should train this people not to bug customers after paying inr 1200 for a 5 min ride"

"They changed our booking to another hotel at the last moment.We were helpless to make another booking of our own as we were boarding the flight when we received the message about change of hotel from Alfa suite staff.When we reached the hotel,we were shocked.It was a sort of lodge like set up.We had already paid Alfa suites the full payment in advance but on Vacating the room they asked us to pay the bill ,as they didn’t receive payment from Alfa suite.We showed them the payment details we made to Alfa suite.They were not satisfied.We again had to call Alfa suite people for clarification .Its was then we were able to leave.When we told Alfa suite staff about the sub standard rooms we were allotted ,they said they would refund some money back as the current lodge need not be paid so much.But no response from their side."

"location of the property is very poor . Staff was very cordial The steps to upper floors are narrow and steep and missing the hand rail in the third flight High risk of injury for an older person Rooms are very small and ordinary poor man’s hotel I would not stay here again "
