The hotel staff were very friendly and when I asked about something I didn't understand they tried to understand my poor English, which I was very grateful for. There were trash cans in various places, the hotel was clean, and the bed was fluffy and comfortable. "Above MRT station makes it very convenient. It’s also affordable and near neighborhoods, not in a touristy area. Only thing we wish we could do is open the windows. "

"We liked the location, the private double room had everything you needed, air con, fridge, hairdryer, hangers. It was good value for money. However, the WiFi was patchy, guests were disrespectful of the “quiet hours” and were loud through the night in their rooms, rather than using the common area. The property could do with some deep cleaning, but besides that it was good. "

"Property is fairly nice and very aesthetic. Also quite clean! The staff are friendly too! Location is convient, but the entrance is in a shopping area that closes after 9 or so and you have to take a back entrance if you come back late. Bathroom facilities are also not amazing, there are no good places to put your clothes and towel while you shower and there is only one bathroom per gender. Overall quite decent, especially for the price. Would stay again!"

"It was clean: the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living area (after entry, shoes off, of course). The staff was helpful & friendly. (There was a computer to use.) The place was light & bright: lots of windows. I enjoyed sitting in the living area and watching the city below. I found a street nearby with lots of vegetarian eateries. The place was easy to find, with that video on the "red tower"."
