Nothing. It’s very eh down. Boasts a restaurant but there is none. Breakfast included - that’s a joke, there’s no breakfast. Terribly overpriced through Orbitz - about 500 baht at the propert, 725 baht through Orbitz. No way is it value for money. Scruffy, dirty, dilapidated. Poor service. A terrible stay. Avoid!!

AUCUNE ORGANISATION

Aucune organisation de la part de la direction... Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre avec vue sur la piscine avec petite déjeuné compris au tarif de 1 200 THB ... A notre arrivée, nous avions étés accueillis sur le parking par une dame qui nous a remis une clef d'une chambre qui était vétuste avec vue sur le parking. Après réclamation auprès du patron, ce dernier voulait demander un supplément pour la chambre vue piscine de 800 THB. Suite à de longues explications, enfin nous avions droit à une chambre (très modeste) avec vue piscine. A savoir à 18H00, la piscine est fermée... Le lendemain, nous nous sommes rendu à la réception pour savoir où se trouve la salle du petit déjeunez, le patron nous informe alors qu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuné et que si nous voulions, nous pouvons nous faire un Nescafé... Nous sommes donc partis prendre un petit déjeuné ailleurs. A notre retour le patron, qui enfin s'était donné la peine de vérifier notre réservation, nous a donné 200 THB MANQUE TOTAL D'ORGANISATION DE LA PART DE LA DIRECTION P.S.: La piscine adulte était très propre contrairement au petit bassin pour les enfants qui lui semblait insalubre.

Bokningen av de rum vi valt på Hotels.com, var fel rums-bild. Exakt samma sak hände för ett år sedan, då jag bad dom lägga upp rätt rums-bild på er hemsida. Vi fick betala 700 kr extra för att få tillgång till det rummet vi redan betalt och bokat. Samma sak har hänt fler gäster vi vet om.
