Spent a week in Dublin at The Green and could not have been more happy with our decision. Location is excellent, very walkable and centrally located between local and more tourist destinations. Trinity College and Molly Malone are a quick stroll, Temple Bar is a little further (15ish minutes). Local Tram across the street to get to spots further away. St. Stephen's park also right across the street. The weather we had during our stay made the park a nice added bonus.

The service was excellent, the buffet breakfast was very good, and the area was very quiet. You can also take the taxi to central dublin but it'll cost you approximately $30 euros. The bus fare is $2.30-$3.30 euros depending on how far you want to go. The room was very clean and the queen sized beds were...

The Merrion Hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in: the beautiful decor, the excellent food, the wonderful location, the ambiance, the history, etc. But the real asset of The Merrion is its staff. We would definitely stay at The Davenport again. We liked the location near Merrion Square- a little away from the crowds in Grafton St /Temple Bar area, but still very walkable to those places. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of choices. We quite enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service.

This hotel is one of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed in! Comfortably nestled just outside Dublin, it’s quiet and peaceful and gorgeous! The staff were amazing, The Spa was to die for, and I would only ever want to stay at this hotel if I come back to Ireland :) if I could do a rating of more than 5, I totally would!

Hotel staff were great. They were very friendly, and helpful. They offered to get a taxi for us, confirmed our return trip reservation trip to the airport with Airport Collections. Also provided excellent directions with circles on a map to popular locations we were going to. To top if off they even ordered a pizza for us.. Truly a great experience.

Very nice rooms right next to the mall in Dublin so very accessible!
My only complaint would be about the plumbing, at least in my room you could hear when anyone flushed the toilet it made a very dreadful sound but was easy to tune out after the first day
