"Very nice and reasonably priced. Worked well for us. Caution for folks traveling with small children or who have trouble sleeping - the rooms overlooking the restaurant area can pick up a lot of noise from below. Mattresses and pillows were very comfy, and breakfast buffet was excellent. Short walk to the station and plenty of shopping options."

"Family friendly accommodation. Near to all the food areas ,close to train station for easy transportation. The apartment itself is spacious enough for family of 4 , with 1 separate rooms, a laundry washer and a drying area. In our 5 night stay we never had a problem using the washer . Though there is a kitchen ,we opt to eat around the area , tremendous food den to choose from . It was a wonderful stay .Easy check in and check out too."

"We definitely love this hotel the most. It's quiet and not super busy like other hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I'm sure all the guests are pleased with the quality of food and the services. The view from the room and the dinning area are wonderful. We could see the top of Mt. Fuji from the restaurant! I love the big public bath on 29th floor. This hotel is our home hotel for sure when we are in Tokyo. There is also a convenient non-stop transportation bus service from the hotel to Haneda International Airport with a reasonable price. When you have multiple luggages, it really helps not to take trains to get there."

"Added the breakfast. It was wonderful! The selection was terrific. If you don’t want to add it there are plenty of options around the area. I speak very little Japanese and there were no problems at all. Everyone was as very friendly and had great patience with me. "
