Room was clean, but furniture looked like it was 30 years old. Bed had a huge indent from years of use. Thought I booked and paid for a Baymont, but it is actually a Super 8. They are listed separately on websites, but you check in the same place for both. One set of rooms say Baymont the othe say Super 8. There is a $30 diffenence in price, but they are the same hotel.

Parking was simple, front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. The room has new appliances, but baseboards were gross, the towels were itchy and thin and only 2 towels for 4 people. Our door locked us out on day 2, the room was at a quick glance almost clean, but the blackout curtain is falling apart, stains everywhere in the room, the AC is outdated and filters were gross and broken. Bathroom has no stopper for tub, covers on bed has cigarette burns. The lack of cleanliness put a damper of our feeling of safety.

Good stay -- staff, cleanliness, etc. The room lights were brutally bright. We hung handkerchiefs over them to dim them. AND the shower faucets were almost impossible to turn. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

The staff seemed a bit overworked, but kind. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was pretty clean. However, we did not have our towels replenished fully every day. And for some reason, our tub and sink did not have drainage stoppers. So my elderly mother couldn’t take her bath. I did ask the front desk if they could please make arrangements to fix that, but nobody tended to it.

Super friendly staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy! The property does seem to need an update cosmetically if you want to nitpick… but it’s in a great location and met every need we had. Would definitely stay again!

Our matress had a big hole in it. Smelt like they poured a whole bottle of perfume in the room, no vent in bathroom, ice machine broken, we asked for no smoking but there was cigarette burn on the tub. I would not recommend.

Staff is pleasant and helpful, but facility needs upgrades & repairs. I had forgotten that the hot water fluctuates during a shower. It goes from comfortably warm to ice cold with no warning. The door to my room was a bit warped so that the inside safety latch got stuck. I barely was able to get it to release to leave my room.
