Double booked
Sadly, when we arrived at the house and entered our room, someone else’s stuff was there. It turned out the room was double booked and we had to find somewhere else to stay on a weekend that almost every room in Nac was already booked. She was friendly and apologetic in giving us a full refund, but it was extremely disappointing.

Beautiful place and furnishings! Great location. Really great place, but lack of attention to detail
No top sheet on bed, dirty pillow cases, about 1/8 of a single roll of toilet paper we’re a problem to me. Owner told us where to locate missing things, but area was not clean and organized as they suggested. I know times are rough, but complete and clean linens are just basics.

Bathroom was not clean. There was dirt in the sheets. Room and Bathroom need a deep cleaning. Dusting needs to be done. Floors need to be vacuumed. The bath tub rug needs to be washed or needs a new one. It was a nice location and wonderful old house.....just needs a new housekeeper.
