The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. The bed was super cozy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options, and the restaurants offered delicious food and great service throughout our stay. "Early check in was needed after being diverted via Samoa on an international flight. The front desk staff confirmed my room could be refunded after we could not check in early and I was still charged for the room. Extremely disappointed in the Ramada and would not recommend. "
