"Staff were very nice and polite, really accommodating. Our room was clean, light switches were a bit confusing in the rooms and sometimes didnt work but overall was a nice place to stay. Staff really accommodate for the kids, even brought out a small mattress when our toddler fell asleep at the restaurant giving my wife and I the opportunity to eat without holding him, they just did that without request. "

"We had the most amazing Easter weekend at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji Denarau Island and can’t wait to go back! The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. "Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "

"Early check in was needed after being diverted via Samoa on an international flight. The front desk staff confirmed my room could be refunded after we could not check in early and I was still charged for the room. Extremely disappointed in the Ramada and would not recommend. "
