Only disappointment was about billing system; I was given a hotel receipt in local currency which was less than I paid via this platform. This aspect is important for me as I was in a business trip and claim reimbursement. "

"We were in Naftalan just for one day, to have an oil bath. The hotel is very confortable, rooms spacious and clean, and also the health center. Unluckily Naftalan is a place where elder people go for therapies only, and does not offer much. Anyway we had a pleasant stay."
