"Check in instructions very difficult, no captions or subtitles for a deaf customer trying to check in with no staff available to assist. Worst part was there was no hot water in room, only freezing water. None of us could shower. I would like a refund as the conditions of the room and check in completely unacceptable.

Relaxation room with hot drinks and are available all day. The beakfast starts at 6 while most businesses hôtels breakfast starts at 6:30."
