"It was very convenient from Kansas airport because there are buses to stop right in front of the hotel. Also if we need to go to buy argent stuff you can go to Yodobashi camera to get as well. Also, I really liked breakfast because you can enjoy a lot of meals but especially I enjoyed Japanese food more!"

"Beautiful property. Excellent buffet breakfast with breathtaking views. The location was also close enough to downtown Osaka and the train station for day trips into Kyoto. Nearby Osaka Castle was a disappointment and so were some of the street markets. Kyoto had the better attractions like the Arashiyama neighbourhood (not ghe bridge), the Banboo forest, The Pontocho Alley and the Fushimi inari shrine."

"The hotel is large and beautiful with good food options. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet which had both western and Japanese cuisine. Rooms were small as expected in a standard room but value for money. Centrally located near transport, shops and restaurants. I would recommend the hotel if visiting Osaka."

"The hotel is generally clean and comfortable. For the price, you get value out of it. The staff is less courteous than staff at other Japanese hotel. But is generally helpful. Maybe the staff thinks Hearton is a budget hotel and therefore doesn’t need to be at a higher level of courtesy. One thing I would not recommend is the breakfast. There are few dishes. Most of them are cold or salad dishes. The rice is some type of brown rice. That is a big disappointment. No warm noodles. Overall, it s a good hotel for the price. But don’t pay for the breakfast."
