"Very great apartment to stay at, especially if you want to be near everything in Shinjuku. I stayed with my partner & 2 kids, great thing about this place is the family mart right underneath. The check in process was very easy and straight forward to follow. I would recommend for anyone who is wanting to stay central Shinjuku. "

"The room was spacious and clean. Location was great, 10-15 min walk to Japan's biggest Kura, Senso-ji temple and Nakamise Dori street market. If you want to buy souvneirs, Don Quijote is around that area. The only issue I had was that the dryer did not function too well, my clothes were only half dry and some had a weird smell afterward. I would go back and stay there next time. I love the 4 queen sized beds."

"Great space for 4 nights in Tokyo. While it is not directly near a train station and therefore requires a bit more walking, we are a young active family and it was not an issue. Perhaps for others needing to be closer to transportation, it might be. The up side was a lovely, quiet and very clean neighbourhood and less touristy. Have booked the same company in Kyoto. Again, slightly off the beeten track from the downtown hub but great room. New, clean and spacious for a family of 5 (3 adult...

"Great location, close to Ueno Station for exploring Tokyo. A short walk to Ueno Park, museums and other cultural attractions. Staff were friendly and everything was kept very clean. "

"施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"

"I liked the clearness and the open feel of the living space thanks to the high ceiling and the super bright lighting. The two complains are the flimsy chair that seems to be designed for tiny people. The other one is the lack of bath mat. May be it’s a cultural thing but for me who uses to stay hotels in the US, bath mat is a must and I struggled to get my feet dried after taking shower. But overall, it was a so nice experience staying at such a modern tiny apartment set up. I’d like to use...
