We enjoyed our stay. The city is vibrant and friendly. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable! We had lots of space to unwind after our explorations. The only issue we encountered was a mildew smell coming from the bathroom. I would defiantly recommend staying here.

It was a wonderful stay overall. The facility was clean and spacious. I wish they had a parking lot as it was a very hilly area and was not easy to find a spot

The room overall was nice with the separate washroom and traditional shower, a kitchen, and a TV. The only bad part was the cleanliness of the couch and beds. The couch had an unlimited amount of stains from who knows where. The beds also had a bit of a stench to them, but you get used to it after a bit.

Negative: the sofa is covered in stains, the duvet is too short if your taller than 1.70m. Toilet seat heating not functioning well. Positive: spacious appartement, good location, quiet street.Value for money (except for the sofa,but I covered it with the bedcoverings)

I did not receive any information regarding security and room codes from the hotel. I finally called the listed number and the information was given. People were nice but it was a lengthy confusing process. The property is very nice but there were too many glitches in getting into the room itself.

長崎駅近くですが少し裏通なのでとても静かに夜を過ごせました。広さは十分くらいです。 パジャマがないので注意が必要です。 チェックインは詳細情報の入力に手間取ったので予め済ませることをオススメします。

洗濯機と浴室乾燥機が便利。掃除は頑張って！

施設は新しく部屋は広かったです。9泊したので洗濯機と浴室乾燥機が便利でした。ただ洗濯機の糸くずフィルターはゴミだらけで掃除をしました。 とても気になったのはソファがシミだらけで汚いこと。そのまま座る気になれずタオルを引いて座りました。 寒かったのでエアコンを暖房にしましたが暖まりません。エアコンもフィルターが清掃されていなかったからでしょう。清掃はもうひとつですね。

また泊まりたいです

ホテルから夜ご飯に中華街へ行きましたが、徒歩で20分程と近くとても良かったです。 部屋の内装も綺麗で、ベッドもダブルサイズなので、のびのびと寝ることが出来ました。 手すりや、段差なし等、バリアフリーにも適しているので、歴史ある名前の古いホテルより、こちらのほうが快適ではないかと思います。

나가사키고속버스터미널(길 건너면 나가사키에끼마에)에서 도보 5분정도로 위치도 아주 좋은데 주변은 조용합니다. 다이쇼수산, 다이하치등 맛집도 가깝구요. 청결 상태도 좋아요. 셀프 체크이라 귀찮?을 수도 있지만 잼있는 경험이었어요. 더블침대 두개가 있는 방이었는데, 넓지는 않지만 큰 트렁크 두개 펼쳐두고 지낼 정도는 됩니다. (어차피, 호캉스하러 간 건 아니니까요) 일찍 도착했으나 트렁크를 맡기고 나갈 수 없음은 불편한 점입니다.

今回こちらに2日間宿泊させて頂きましたが、施設自体が新しく、お部屋も綺麗で、シーツ、タオルも清潔で、使用するのに何のストレスもなく、使用させて頂きました。 冬の旅行で荷物が嵩張る為、 持っていく洋服も最小限にした為、 コインランドリーなどを使用しないとダメかな？と思っていましたが、 浴室乾燥機付きだったので、 乾燥にも困りませんでした。 チェックインの時間も0時までで、 到着日にゆっくり観光してから 入れたのも、すごく助かりました。 また機会があれば、 使用させて頂きたいです。

家族5人（大人×2、小学×2、幼稚園×1）セミダブル×2で、立地よし。新築の匂いがして清潔、キッチンセット充実（皿、箸、フォーク、ナイフ、コーヒーカップ4人分、IHコンロ、フライパン、蓋つき小鍋、フライパン返し、お玉、十特ナイフ、まな板、ラップ、アルミホイル、電子レンジ、電気ポット、冷蔵庫、スポンジ、洗剤）、洗濯機（ニュービーズ洗剤あり）、歯ブラシ×4、壁掛けBRAVIA75インチテレビ、セキュリティ大丈夫、近くに駐車場があり2100〜0950まで一晩プラスαで600円程度。経営者のこだわり等オシャレも感じ、また泊まりたくなるほど満足でした。初日はあいにくの雨でしたが、「長崎は〜、今日も〜雨だった〜。」てな感じで風情があってよかったです。次の日は、晴れて稲佐山に車で登って、景色が最高で、帰りに佐世保バーガーも食べて、九十九島も展望し、とても満足しました(^^) 朝は持ち込みでトースト、オムレツ、サラダ、牛乳、ヤクルト、ジュース、コーヒー、前日買ったカステラ（調味料も持ち込み）。トースターがあると助かりましたが、フライパンで焼いて問題なし。
