Amazing hotel in an amazing location!

This hotel is at an amazing location for day trips to other places as it’s just located opposite the Nagasaki Station. The interior of the hotel was amazing with a spacious layout and comfortable vibes. Loved this place and highly recommend anyone coming to Nagasaki to book this!

Top quality hotel.

Top quality hotel, lovely rooms, great bed & bathroom. All the staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast is good and dining room is open, relaxing and was never busy. I Always use the Hilton when visiting Nagasaki.

Beautiful designed modern 5 star. Rooms are spacious quiet with decent closet space and very nice bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet. Our room had a nice view of the hillside and bridge. Short walk to Nagasaki station. Excellent breakfast buffet. All staff were warm and helpful eager to answer our questions. Megumi in particular made us feel welcomed.

Great hotel and location. Room was decent sized and had a tremendous view. Hotel looked new and was in 30 minute walking range of many of the major touring sites.

After long days of sightseeing, it was wonderful to soak in the spacious sixth floor Japanese bath. So relaxing. The breakfast buffet had so many food choices - both Japanese and Western. Never went out the door hungry. Especially liked the cooked to order omelettes. Front desk service was attentive and took the time to thoughtfully answer questions, provide detailed directions, even looked up something I could not find on the internet. I did get a pair of pants laundered and - while not cheap - they were done on time and neatly pressed and waiting in my room when I got back as promised. The rooms were spacious even by American hotel standards and positively huge by those in Japan.
