A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. Out of the 3, I take 1) very seriously. When I called them for the check-in instruction, they didn’t know why it happened nor they seemed to care why it happened. "Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay"

"Lose a few points for late check in - can’t get in there until 4pm, which was a pain for me. It’s easy to find - once you know how. The hotel reception is up a side road and then they send you off to one of the buildings they own. The room was decent size and well equipped "

"The flat is more spacious than I expected and we appreciated the washer and balcony equipped for drying clothes. The kitchen area is very small so it was hard to cook. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. "First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. "Inside the property is nice, but the location is really bad, it is on a street where you see girls selling "services" and have also the guys that represent those services. I wasn't felling as safe as other places in Japan at night."
