Enjoyed a 2 week say the food and rooms are great short walk to the imperial place

This is a new property so everything is new and nice. The desk personnel were very nice It was very quiet in our room.

I thought the overall hotel was excellent. A few negatives are-1. No place where you can just pop down and get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. 2. Almost no one spoke English and was very hard to communicate with staff. 3. You had to taxi everywhere( great setting ) but, off the major arteries. 4. Thought it was expensive in their restaurants except for the Chinese. That was fantastic. Finally, service was amazing but, again language barrier was tough. I'm a member of the Mauna Kea Hotel and Golf Club in Hawaii since 2006 so part of the family. Enjoyed the stay but, would need to think about going back on next trip to Tokyo. Beautiful and spacious rooms, lovely staff and very convenient location next to the train station. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

It was nice and clean, good location close to lots of hot spots and restaurants. Only thing is I wish they would be more accommodating for early check-ins and improve the bedding - pillows weren’t very comfortable.
