We’re staying here for 4 nights, wonderful environment and considerate amenity to all the guests. The staff are friendly but not speak English at all, mostly likely to communicate with body language. To be concluded, it’s a lovely holiday hotel that I would come again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the service was terrible. The staff cannot speak English. There are five people staying in the same room but there were only two pieces of key cards. The worst of all, I stayed there for one night but was charged twice to my credit card. Super terrible service, everyone should avoid this hotel!

環境很舒服，走路就可以沙灘跟全家很方便，附近也有幾間餐廳，房間可以泡澡真的超棒，而且還有free alcohol~晚上還有營火跟仙女棒可以玩，早餐也很好吃！尤其是法式吐司真的超棒！下次還會想再來！

スタッフのみなさんは親切で、お部屋も廊下もラウンジもどこも清潔で気持ちよく2泊させていただきました。5人でも広々と過ごせて、ラウンジも楽しませてもらい、もっとホテルでの時間も過ごしたかったくらいです。部屋からのサンセットも綺麗で家族みんな大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

3泊お世話になりました。 もうすぐ2歳になる子供を連れてアネックス館に宿泊。従業員の方みなさんやさしく接していただけました。 朝食はサラダ、ヨーグルトなどから沖縄料理、キッズコーナーもあり家族皆満足でした。 ラウンジでもフリーフロードリンクも良かったです。 ジャグジーもプール感覚で子供は楽しんでおり、満足した沖縄旅行を過ごすことができました。 朝食会場の席配置が少し窮屈なのと、お部屋がもう少し広ければシーツケースも広げられて良いと思いました。

飲食できるラウンジが、かなり自由に使えて、11階のラウンジではダーツやビリヤードもできるし、テーブルゲームも自由に使えました。 エレベーターが一つしかないのに、あまり混むこともなくて、快適でした。 スタッフの方々が明るく声をかけてくれて、居心地がよかったです。 ホテルの近くにある洋食屋や沖縄料理の居酒屋も美味しくて近隣も充実していました。
