Nestled in the heart of Torbole sul Garda, this apartment is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the lake shore, including the town’s scenic waterfront promenade, colourful harbour and historic Casa del Dazio.

Once a quiet fishing port, the town is now an international hub for windsurfing, powered by the region’s reliable Ora and Pelér winds. Visitors can also enjoy paddleboarding, sailing or kayaking on the lake. For something more relaxing, there is a beach just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, or guests can visit the Garda Thermae spa (a 9-minute drive / 15-minute walk).

Away from the water, the medieval village of Arco, famed for its climbing walls, castle ruins, and botanical gardens, is a 15-minute drive. There are also many hiking and mountain bike routes close by, including the panoramic hike, the Sentiero Busatte Tempesta (a 6-minute drive) or mountain bike routes through Monte Baldo and the Alto Garda Natural Park (a 25-minute drive). The area is a playground for hikers, paragliders, and adventurers.

Another easy excursion is a trip to the historic town of Riva del Garda (a 20-minute drive), with its elegant piazzas, castle, lakeside cafés, and delicious cuisine. For self-catering, Riva Del Garda’s weekly market (Wednesday and Friday mornings) is the best place to find the freshest local produce. Alternatively, visitors will find various restaurants and a grocery store within a minute\'s walk.
