The staff were helpful and polite, hotel is close to a subway and train line which is why I chose it. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Underground onsite parking for a very reasonable rate. Some of the staff can speak English, although I do speak Japanese. My only issue was with the bed’s comforter/duvet- it was very thin and felt like it was plastic coated. I’m sure it’s easy to keep clean but I found it uncomfortable for sleeping.

建物の古さはありますが、綺麗に掃除されているので気になりませんでした。ベッドが寝やすかったです。少し歩いたところにコンビニがあったり千種駅から今池駅方面にも食事するところがありますが、少し不便に感じました。栄に出るのも名古屋駅に行くのもアクセスがよく満足でした。

今回シングルを取りましたが、部屋が広くベッドの硬さも丁度良く、快適に眠れました。 各階に自販機が欲しかったです。 部屋の鍵はカードタイプではなく、昔ながらの鍵でした。 あと、ウォシュレットが壊れていたので、メッセージを残してきましたが、見てもらえるといいな。

備え付けの加湿器のタンクに赤いカビがあって使うがためらわれた。ドライヤーの中にも埃があって、ちょっと変なにおいがした。 バスルームにはルームクリーニングした人の長い髪の毛が落ちていた

地下の温泉にチェックインからチェックアウトの時間までオールナイトで入浴できることが嬉しかった。飲み会で遅くなって部屋に戻っても温泉に入ってから就寝できることが嬉しい。
