Rooms are cleaned but it's a bit small. The room is supposed to be good for two people but I myself in the room has limited movement for the tiny space. Just to open and closed my luggage is a challenged. Otherwise, all is good.

寒暖差がある時期のため全館冷房でした。雨だったため、少し寒かったです。大変かもしれませんが、薄手のブランケット等一枚あるとありがたかったです。 一人旅に気が張って疲れていたので、スタッフの方がにこやかで丁寧に対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。

スタッフの応対、設備や朝食など、おおむね良好です。一つだけ、チェックアウトのため、朝9:20頃、14階建ての7階でエレベータに乗ろうとして、3回続けて満員だったのには参りました。3回とも、部屋の清掃スタッフが、大きな台車2台と共に乗っていて、小さなキャリーバッグと大きなクーラーボックスを持った私は、友人夫婦と共に、乗るのを諦めました。 3度目の時、僅かなスペースを見つけて、私一人だけ、何とか乗る事ができましたが、満員のエレベータは全ての階に止まりながら、普通の10倍程の時間をかけて1階に到着したのです。私の他に、あと2人が乗っていました。途中の各階にも、台車と共にスタッフがエレベータを待っていて、全ての人が目的の階に到着するのには、相当な時間が掛かったと思われます。スタッフは専用のエレベータを使うようにするべきだと、強く思いました。それが無理なら、宿泊客が一人でもいたら、スタッフはエレベータを降りて、スペースを譲るようにするべきだと思います。従業員が優先で、客を待たせるなど、あり得ないと強く思います。（宿代が無料とかなら話は別ですが） 朝食は美味しかったけど、牛乳があると尚嬉しかったです。
