Overall very good property and very clean, with an incredible bath/spa area. The only issues were that the room seem es quite small for the price (close to a business hotel), and the wifi was substandard—slow and kept dropping. But overall a very good experience!

The property was beautiful and had a spa included with the stay. It’s on the 18th floor so the views were spectacular, the rooms were very spacious, and the staff were incredibly kind.

The best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Japan. Out of all the big cities (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto), we enjoyed this hotel in Nagoya the most. Very clean and modern. Pajamas and slippers were offered for each guest. The perfect hotel honestly

Walkable to the main JR station. Really enjoyed the nice public baths for hotel guests (separated by genders) after a long day of walking. Family Mart is right across the street for quick snacks. Really appreciate the hotel amenities. Will come back again when visiting Nagoya.

Absolutely impeccable

We stayed here a night during our stay in Nagoya and had a wonderful time. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable, with a great bathroom, and all the amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

I already expected the room to be on the smaller side, but it turned out to be even smaller than I imagined. I booked a double-bed room, yet there was barely enough space to open two suitcases at the same time. The location is excellent and very convenient, but the room size is definitely a downside. Breakfast offers a good variety and tastes quite nice, but the service could be improved. It was hard to find staff for seating, and after finishing breakfast, tables were left uncleared for a long time. Even after informing the staff, it still took some time before anyone came. The hot spring area is quite nice, though the men’s changing room had an unpleasant odor every day, like accumulated sweat. It might be worth checking the ventilation or cleaning schedule. Overall, despite the small room and service issues, the hotel’s location and accessibility are truly outstanding.

Very convenient location. The room is normal size for Japan's standard. I love that they are going more environmental friendly. Reception is at 18 floor and does provide a good view of nagoya city but it can be annoying to go and up down if its busy.
