A beautiful hotel conveniently located in major Nagoya shopping district, so many dining options and transportation is a breeze. We arrived on the day when an unfortunate Shinkansen accident happened which has caused a hours of delay; the staff were very helpful to accommodate our midnight arrival. Breakfast was so amazing, we tried both buffet and Japanese breakfast options, exceeded our expectations !!

Good prize and we were very happy for the extra two bed put into the room so we all four could sleep in our own bed. We had however not understood that there was an extra fee to use the gym/pool. That was disappointing since we like to use the gym.

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location near a subway stop. A short train ride takes you to Nagoya Castle and Nagoya Station. The room was well-designed and spacious. Breakfast was available in a large buffet-style restaurant with impressive selections of both Western and Japanese foods. The second breakfast option was at a Japanese restaurant, offering a set menu with delicious Japanese flavors. The amenities were excellent.
