可もなく不可もなく普通のビジネスホテル。 フロントの対応はとても良いが清掃スタッフがまるでダメ、中に入って欲しくないから風呂だけで他はノータッチと言ってるのに中に入る。 触るなと言ったら触るな。基本だろ 今回は友達の不幸での滞在、チェックインも遅かったり通夜で戻らなかったりした。 色んな客が居る、清掃時ノックしてるから返事してるが聞こえてない、ならばノックの意味は？部屋に居るのがわからないシステムか？その辺は本当に酷かった寝てるのに隣で清掃うるさいし最悪

従業員の接客に違和感を覚えた。 部屋のゴミが捨てられていなかった ので、フロントに報告すると、 『ゴミ箱に入っていないと回収は しない』と電話口から高圧的な口調で、 一方的に罵倒された。 明らかにゴミだと分かるように、 部屋の中にまとめておいただろう。 形式的な謝罪さえも無かった。 外出する際に、ルームキーを フロントに預けるときも、 無愛想で雰囲気の悪い対応。 あなたたちはサービス業に 従事しているのではないの？ 社員教育は実施されていますか？ 朝食のメニューは新型コロナ対策で、 トレー形式での提供。 和食と洋食の2種類あるが、 1週間、メニューが全く同じ。 食べる身にもなって下さいよ。 少しでも変化を付けようよ。 3年後、このホテルが営業を 続けられていることを祈ってます。 マスクを1枚いただき、 誠にありがとうございました。

良かったです ただ個人的にスプリングベットは苦手で、三人同じベットなので誰かが寝返りすると、揺れます。笑 連泊したいとは、思いませんね。 硬いスプリングでないベッドの普及を望みます。

今回は初めて連泊しました。また、朝の作業の関係でチェックアウトが遅くなりましたが、清掃スタッフの方も丁寧に対応して頂きました。 近くに大型ドラッグストアが出来て更に便利になりました。
