Awesome location just three minutes walk to beach and pier and a private pool! Pier features fishing and Fish Heads Bar and Grille with live music. You'll LOVE the sunrise and sunset views from the deck and listening to the ocean. Start your day with your coffee or nespresso on the deck watching a sunrise and end your day with a sunset in the hot tub! Enjoy the privacy provided by the nature preserve.

Be sure to check out nearby Jockey's Ridge State Park featuring the tallest natural sand dunes on the east coast and Cape Hatteras National Seashore just nearby. Some of our favorite restaurant spots nearby are Sam and Omie's, Mulligan's and Tortuga's Lie; great atmospheres with great food!

This is also our personal family vacation home where we make our memories so we ensure it is clean and well maintained for you to enjoy and we have been busy upgrading the house since we purchased it this winter. You will find new living room furniture and flooring, mattresses, a/c heat pumps, a new upper deck, new patio chairs and a new hot tub as well as an updated bathroom, entryway, entry door and main floor ceilings and a cool surfboard shaped table and chairs arriving in mid June! Almost forgot, the NEW private pool!

Two of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms and king beds. Other bedrooms are a queen bed and bunk beds.

OBX VACATION

Me and my family stayed at Seth’s home. It was very spacious and open and bright, lots of natural sunlight. The beach was right around the corner as was Fish Heads. Seth was very responsive to emails and questions. We would stay there again!

PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFU and exactly as described. Across the street from the beach, great location! Access to how was made simple and easy. Property owner wonderful to work with. Would live to rent again next year!

Perfection !

The house was very clean ! The furniture is new ! The kitchen is very well stocked ! The location can’t be beat ! Would definitely try to rent again ! The owner was wonderful and communication was great !

Absolutely fabulous!!

Beautiful home (that goes on forever!) with a great location! We were in awe when we first arrived, this home is huge! Everything was great and no detail missed. Everything we needed, was here. In addition, the pool is absolutely beautiful!! We spent alot of time at the pool. The pier across the street was fun too! timetime there!

A Lovely Home For Our Family Trip

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and had a very cozy feel to it. We love Nags Head and had already been there for a week when we decided we wanted to stay another week. We couldn’t stay in our current rental so we had to find something else quickly. We booked our stay here only one day before arriving and Seth made sure it was ready and perfect for our last minute arrival. The kitchen was well stocked which was great for us because we cook a lot while on vacation. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!
