Really beautiful hotel with thoughtful details. The staff was nice enough and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. You aren’t permitted to wear the really cool pajamas and robes into the common areas or breakfast though which was unusual for Japan. Overall fantastic value and lovely place.

Clean room and excellent customer service.

The location and staff was excellent. The hotel was located very close to many main attractions and conveniently located only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the VIP black card lounge where they served food and drinks daily. We were thankful for the generous staff who helped us we will definitely like to return and stay again.

Shin, Tsuzuki and all the staff of Wires Hotel are excellent. Arigato Guzaimasu!

The hotel is amazing! We had a great time stayed in this remarkable hotel. Will definitely go back again.

The location is convenient, with many shops nearby. I highly recommend it to first-time visitors to Naha.

This was my first time visiting okinawa. I was confused about where to stay on this big island. I am very happy I picked Naha terrace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walking to it. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Just 15 minutes walking to the ferries to Zamami and Aka island. Nice staff. Thank you.

First, the staff was extremely kind and helpful - they went above and beyond to help with an external issue I had upon arrival despite the fact I hadn’t even checked in yet. The room was beautiful and clean, and the lounge was just as nice with delicious snacks and great views. I didn’t get to try out the pool or exercise room, but great to have a gym in a Japanese hotel. The hotel restaurant, A Long Vacation, was also extremely delicious and accommodating to food allergies, which is an extra...

Spacious and comfortable studio apartment (note, not 2 bedroom apartment as the room description stated, but the photos were accurate). Everything was clean and worked well, the beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. Would stay here again when visiting Naha.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The room was clean, everything I needed was already there.

We chose this property as we wanted to be in the center of the action and it did not disappoint. A 3 minute walk around the corner and you enter Heiwadori, one of the many shopping streets off of the main Kokusaidori. Lots of shopping for Okinawan specific goods and foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge walk-in shower/tub combo. We would stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Cocktail Naha for 21 days and we were more than pleased with the accommodations. The location was perfect for our visit... walking distance to the Naminoue beach, Kokusai Dori, grocery stores and a gym to name a few. They pride themselves in the cleanliness of the establishment, but most of all, the friendliness and kindness from the staff was beyond expectations. Every day were greeted with smiles and the Okinawan hospitality that always started our day in the most pleasant...

少し部屋は狭く、テーブルはなかったのですが、添い寝ができて、朝食がついていたため、大満足です。 夜9時から、ラーメンが無料で食べれるため並んで、食べましたが、おいしかったです。

We booked Hotel Strata based on recommendations and were pleasantly surprised at how conveniently located the hotel was to everything we wanted to check out in Naha. Not only was the hotel super easy to get to by monorail, the hotel itself is also a little zen oasis. Our room was super comfortable with great amenities for a Japanese hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and next time we return to Naha/Okinawa, we will be staying here again!

Nice property

インフィニティプールに入りながらのオリオンビールは最高でした。食事も美味しかったので、リピートしたいです。

Really good and convenient for its price
