Staff were very friendly and helpful (the lock on my room was broken and they fixed it immediately). The location is convenient for the port, so if you're going to take ferry trips, it's a good location. However, it's a slightly longer walk to the main tourist street and the nearest monorail station.

Good hotel if you are a sound sleeper.

Great service from staff and ameneties. Room was also clean and modern,but the bed was hard and worst of all the AC in the bathroom is crazy loud so as a light sleeper i had a hard time getting propper sleep. Street noise is also there but not that bad.

OK hotel but with weird smell

The room was okay but there was a weird smell throughout the whole building, especially in the elevator, which didnโ€™t feel fresh. Breakfast is okay for the cheap price. Pretty good location with proximity to the ferry port. Overall happy for the cheap price but they need to do something about the smellโ€ฆ

Staff was friendly and super helpful, the breakfast was surprisingly very good and filling, easy check in and check out. Not to bad for short term, especially if your not planning to stay in your room all day. Itโ€™s reasonably priced for what you get. Cons- the pillows were a little uncomfortable, I found a couple silverfish on my first day, and it took a bit of a long time to wait for the hot water to kick in when I was having a shower.
