Even with a slight language barrier, the staff was pretty amazing and super helpful. The hotel provided the best face cleanser I have ever used. Room was very clean and the hotel is located within walking distance to the tourist areas and the monorail.

Clean room, perfect staff (front desk + breakfast). Breakfast is little small with limited choices but still we can find things to fill the belly :) Very convenient location, just a few steps from a big subway station and convenient stores just around the corner. Also possibilities of restaurants and malls, big park beside the river is very close too. Excellent.

This is my go to hotel in Okinawa. It is just a few minutes walk from a monorail station and only 10 minutes by foot to Kokusai Dori. Deluxe rooms have a massaging chair which is a great amenity. Breakfast is simple (onigiri, pastries, miso soup, salad, boiled eggs).

The property was a good stay. Only thing was there was nothing nearby for dining options. If you want to get something good to eat you had to walk a good distance, other than that everything else for sightseeing and Subway station was fairly close. Elevators in the hotel were always packed, if you are trying to go in and out of the hotel during check-in hours or checkout hours, be prepared to be stuck on your floor for a long period of time.

Great spot for getting around naha right by the tracks room was small but cozy only complaint I really have is the head of the massage chair was old and crusty and stabbed my neck but still couldn't get me out of it. Was a good chair just could use some reupholstery. Very friendly staff they even moved me to a smoke free room no extra charge 2 weeks prior also the view on the top floor was awesome!!!

Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage Wir haben das Hotel vor allem wegen der perfekten Lage gewählt. Es liegt nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung und vieles ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lobby ist sehr schön, während man den Zimmern das etwas ältere Hotel durchaus anmerkt. Trotzdem waren sie völlig in Ordnung und mit vielen praktischen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Besonders cool war der Massagesessel im Zimmer, auch wenn dieser leider etwas eingerissen war. Das Frühstück war allerdings enttäuschend: wenig Auswahl und je nach Uhrzeit kaum noch etwas vorhanden. Da lohnt es sich eher, nebenan im FamilyMart oder 7-Eleven etwas zu holen. Der Service war okay und für ein paar Tage war das Hotel insgesamt absolut ausreichend.
