Very bad check-in experience

It was self check-in. Requested me to use the confirmation number or name or phone number. I tried but all failed. For my name, it includes "-"; however, the input system has no "-" for input. For phone number, as the foreigner, I tried my phone number, but the system continued to say "Found no reservation." For the confirmation number, Hotels.com only sent me the Hotels.com itinerary, while Kariyushi only sent me the assess code of the front gate. How can I check in? Then I called for help, but the help desk just wanted me to call Hotels.com but wanted to help me solve the issue.

Completely self service check in. If you have never competed a self service check in, you may find it a bit arduous. Clean room, good amenities, close to restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the monorail to the Naha Airport

用密碼開門很方便 有洗衣機 烘乾機 可以少帶行李 回國也比較輕鬆，附近都有便利商店 離國際通 跟唐吉訶德都很近

チェックイン、アウトは全てシステム化。部屋は狭く、扉を開けると、洗濯機と乾燥機、冷蔵庫とコップでぎっしり。とても機能的なので、帰る時は、これもありかな？！これからのホテルステイのスタンダードになるかもしれません！

部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機が付いていたので、長期滞在でも荷物が少なくてすみました。 駅からも近くて良かったです。 バスルームとトイレも別々で良かったですが、しいていうならシャンプーとコンディショナーがもう少し良い物だと良いのになぁと思います。1回で髪がパサパサになってしまったので、何日も滞在するとなると気になり、ドラッグストアで購入して使用しました。 最初、少し狭いかなぁと思いましたが、ほとんど寝るだけに帰っていたので、気にならなかったです。価格もかなりリーズナブルで助かりました。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

7人家族で宿泊しました。部屋、トイレなどがすごくきれい、タオル、アメニティが豊富で、無人チェックインですが、何一つ不便さを感じないぐらい素晴らしかったです。 また空港まで非常に便利です。機会があったらまた泊まりたいと思います。

Clean hotel

Clean and convenient hotel. It will be good if can provide extra pillows. The aircon is stimes warm and cool, not too sure why. Overall a good stay, will consider staying here again.

房間非常的乾淨舒適 也跟圖片上看到的一樣漂亮 我們是家庭房，車子都停好付費停車場後，辦入住才發現有提供家庭房的免費車位😅比較可惜 距離旭橋站也很近。但行李太多。最後還是決定搭計程車去機場。因為是車站附近，路邊很好攔計程車🚕👍

家族4人で宿泊しましたが、国際通りから徒歩圏内でチェックインもチェックアウトもタッチパネルで済むし、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのでわざわざランドリーで順番を待って何回も足を運ばなくても良いのが凄く良かったです。 部屋も清潔だし、お風呂とトイレもセパレートで良かったです。 しいて言うならスーツケースは部屋の入り口らへんで1つしか開けられないぐらいです。でも、それは全く問題なかったです。
