建物自体が新しい分綺麗だが、隙間等の細かい部分の清掃は弱い､特にユニットバスの浴槽の隙間にカビが発生して黒ずんでいる､箇所としては充分目に入るところなので拭き取りの徹底で充分防ぐことが可能だと思います。
