"Our reservation details read 'family apartment, 1 bedroom, garden view, double bed + double sofa bed' at #16 Sokolov St, the address of Palm on the Beach. We arrived and phoned the proprietor, who was not available to meet us. He said our room was at a different address - #21 Sokolov. We went there, his daughter waited for us.
