"Altho the condo is old and dated, it worked well for us. Our daughter and her boys brought their dog. We had plenty of room for both of our families. We easily walked to the beach and downtown Long Beach. The view of the marsh with the boardwalk and ocean beyond it is lovely. The furniture, linens and kitchen supplies could use a refresh. We would stay there again because of its proximity to town, the great floorplan and the view."

"We had a great stay here. It was comfortable and cozy and met our needs. We enjoyed the view out the windows and the very comfortable, plush rocking chairs. The beds were comfortable. The toilet in the second bedroom was not appropriate for an older person like me. It was too short and there were no grab bars. There were grab bars in the main bedroom s bathroom and the toilet was higher. Overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing day"

"Although the unit was a little difficult to locate, once we did, we were pleased. It’s on the 3rd floor of a building but we could park directly outside the building on the 2nd level (it was all built on a high hill) so only up a few stairs. The view down to the beach is unimpeded so no need for curtains and it is stunning! There are also informal trails down to the beach which were easy to find (without driving) and of course, it is easy access into Long Beach and up the penninsula to...

"Very clean, bright and beachy! Nice place. Garage is super tight small so works better to park in the parking space, at least until your vehicle is unloaded. Beds are very comfortable."

"This condo has everything you need to have a great stay. It is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator which I greatly appreciated. The balcony has a great view of the beach and boardwalk. It was very clean and larger than I expected. We enjoyed the electric fireplace and comfortable furniture. I would stay here again."

"Couldn't ask for better location or views! 2 minute walk to the beachfront, less than that to the shops and restaurants in town, and amazing ocean view. Property was tidy and comfortable and very well equipped. Easy to check in and out, and property manager extremely responsive to questions and requests. Definitely would stay there again."

"The bed sheets had not been changed, had been slept on and sand in the bed. They took care of that the next day. The driveway into the area had very deep mud holes. So much mud! We will not be staying there again."
