The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture and elegance, my room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Service at Llao Llao is exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Speaking of dining, the culinary offerings at Llao Llao are exceptional. Each meal was a delight. I will definitely recommend to all my friends this hotel and will repeat for sure in the future."

"The hotel was in a perfect part of town, it was well managed and well maintained, the gym and pool were wonderful, the breakfast was quite good, and the rooms were kept clean and in good shape. The women at the front desk were exceptional and always ready to help and some of the nicest people we met. Overall a wonderful stay."
