It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard. "House is situates at 1,5 km from main road , it will be nice to rent a bike .But all the shops are on the main road like 5 banks , supermarket , local market and many more ! Swiss owner was good , he knows the country well and can give us a lot of good informations ."

"The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. "High property. Very modern. Loved the laundry service. Everything about the condo was nice. The lights going on with motion was different. In the middle of the night the lights would turn on and off on their own which made for sleeping interesting. Location was not always known by the cab companies. Good all around."
