We booked this place and made payment online in advance. The day we arrived there, we tried contacting the owner. But the owner of this property already ceased this business so that we couldn't stay this accommodation. Also we lost our booking fee. we had trouble to find another accommodation. We need refund. We heard that so many travellers had same situation. This must be deleted from accommodation website. And need to refund fees.
