"This was absolutely one of the best stays I’ve been at. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and I kept telling my partner that if they started serving dinners and charging for them, I would gladly pay per meal. The breakfast had Japanese and western style options and was a buffet. The quality of the options were amazing and reflected local Hokkaido ingredients. Parking was easy and if you told staff when you needed the vehicle in advance, they would pull it and queue it for you. Overall, a 10/10 experience and we will be back."

"Located immediately opposite the very large Sapporo Factory shopping centre with wide range of shops & restaurants. Short distance in 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking is the JR Tower with all around Observation Deck,shops and restaurants. Hotels was well appointed and staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal for 2 night stay."
