We've done check in seated and they explained us about the facilities while enjoying our drinks. It was great! They brought our big luggage to our room upstairs as they don't have a lift. I thought it was 5 star hotel like check-in experience! The cleanness of our room, public area, hot spring bath, toilets and all was superb! 5 star hotel...
