"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didnāt offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. The morning staff was better and tried their best to help us with breakfast. "
