"The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, and restaurants. We booked a room for 4 pax. The room was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. Even with four adults staying in the room, there was enough space for everyone to fully open their large suitcases after a day of shopping without feeling cramped. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families or groups...

"The rooms were better quality than I anticipated. Unfortunately, when checking in at the desk the man repeatedly (3-4 times) misstated the length of my stay. This was very scary and I believed I had to book another night last minute. All was well in the end, but this incompetency by the staff left a bad impression. Also, if you lose your room key they will charge you 9000 JPY which felt overly hostile and cheap.
by no means a luxury establishment but for the price its tolerable."
